YUKA ANTIRUST PRIMER - Synthetic Primers and Paints

Product Description: Alkyd resin-based, anti-corrosive metal primer.
Features: A primer for metal surfaces that contains anti-corrosive chemicals, offering strong adhesion and excellent coverage. Enhances the bonding of the topcoat paint with the metal and ensures long-lasting protection.
Application Area: Suitable for use in areas requiring corrosion protection for all types of black metals and black metal alloys.
Application: The surface to be treated must be clean of dirt, dust, and oil particles, and dry. Old metal surfaces must be completely cleaned of rust and old paint residues using sandblasting, and residual dust should be wiped off. Yuka Antirust should be well mixed after opening the lid, thinned with 15-20% Yuka synthetic thinner, and then applied using a roller, brush, or spray gun. The second coat and topcoat paint application should be done after 8-10 hours under normal weather conditions.
Coverage: Depending on the surface condition, 1 kg of Yuka Antirust covers 8-9 m² per coat.
Storage Conditions: Store in its original unopened container in a temperature range of 5-35°C, away from direct sunlight, for up to 3 years.
