YUKASİLEX Silicone Facade Paint - Water-Based Primers and Paints

Product Description: High-quality facade paint based on an acrylic copolymer modified with silicone polymer, offering a matte finish, non-fading, and high coverage.
Features: YUKASİLEX is a matte paint that adheres perfectly to surfaces. Thanks to its silicone modification, it repels water and prevents moisture from forming on the surface. Its special structure ensures it won’t crack or fade.
Application Area: YUKASİLEX is used on external building surfaces, including all types of walls, as well as on wood and metal surfaces when applied with a suitable primer.
Application: Before using YUKASİLEX, any blistered or cracked surfaces should be treated with YUKAEXPAS plaster. Surfaces should be cleaned of oil, dirt, and dust. In necessary areas, apply YUKAPRIMER. YUKASİLEX should be diluted with 10-15% water before application. The surface and ambient temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C, with relative humidity below 80%. Depending on the absorbency of the surface, 1 kg of YUKASİLEX can cover 5-10 m² in two coats. It is recommended to apply two coats of paint.
Storage Conditions: Store in its original unopened container in a place protected from direct sunlight, with a temperature range of 0°C to +35°C. Shelf life is 2 years from the production date printed on the packaging.
